Order Processing (1–3 Business Days)

This stage includes:

• Quality check of each item
• Preparation of any personalized or special-request items (if selected)
• Secure packaging and preparation for shipment

Note: Some orders may require additional processing time, especially during high demand or for customized items.

Delivery Time (7–14 Business Days)

This stage covers the full transportation process from our international logistics center to your delivery address.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, local courier services, or potential customs procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

You can track your order at any time using the “Track Your Order” page available in our website menu.
